Booking Policy:
*Appointment must be secured with a credit card when booking
Cancellation Policy:
*We kindly request a 24 hr notice for all appt cancellation or changes
*A fee will be charged for no shows, reschedule or cancellation made under a 24 hour period
*Fee of $50 for a chemical service / $25 for a haircut service will be charged to card on file (same day appts apply)
*This charge is non refundable, non negotiable and will not be applied to any future services.
Children Policy:
*We love children but for the comfort and safety of all of our guest, and to ensure a relaxing experience for all, we ask that they not be brought to your appointment unless receiving a service at that time.
Payment Policy:
*We accept cash, card, Venmo, Zelle as forms of payment at the time of service
Pricing Policy:
*We do not give prices over the phone
*All of our chemical, colors and Blonding services are custom

*We Do Not Refund for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact your stylist with in 7 days of your service so that they may have the opportunity to resolve the issue.
